Leg day challenge!

Hey guys,

Just want to write about another passion I have as you all know, training. Yesterday was a leg day from hell. It was a long time since I felt like that during my workout.

Each set was a challenge and I really thought I would pass out in between the sets.  I tasted some blood and felt like I would puke from time to time. 

But for me, I love to test the limits of myself. That was going in my head during this workout, how far can I push before I break. 

This was the workout I did, I got it from a IFBB pro bodybuilder Ben Pakulski, found it online: 

Exercise 1: Leg extensions 4set/10-12reps. 

Exercise 2: Squat, 8 set totally. Reps: 20,20,15,12,10,8,6 and 6. I used 100kg all the way to 8 reps, there I increased to 105kg and on the last 2 sets I used 120kg. 

Also the last 2set with 120kg I superset with 30reps on the leg press. 

Exercise 3: Legpress, 6set total and 12reps/set.

Exercise 4: Walking lunges, here I did 2set with 40steps/set and I used 25kg only. 

Exercise 5: I all out set on the leg extension, you start with the top weight you had during your first exercise and you do one set with that then drop set 10kg at the time all the way down to the bottom… 

After this, I had to just sit down for 10min before I could breath normal again and drive the car home. 

The rest between the sets were around 90-120 seconds, sometimes a little longer but I kept the intensity really good. I am satisfied with my workout and it felt good to really push like this. 

Give the workout a try and let me know how you did! Remember, you train for yourself and test your own limits. It’s amazing how far we can push ourselves if we have the mental capacity to do so.
