These last two weeks has been great training and nutrition wise. I have started my phase 3 in my bodybuilding. This phase is the last phase before I start to diet before a competition. So I am full throttle with my food now.
I have been eating 6-7 meals a day for the last 2 weeks and these are not any ”small” meals. The results from this, +3kg. So this morning was the weight 96.4kg and a very different physical appearance.
For some this might be so much wow or anything like that, but for me it’s freaking fantastic because I have been standing still around 93-94kg for a long time.
The reason is of course always the food, I have not been consistent with 6-7 meals/day, because I have put a lot of focus on work and traveled. So it has been 4 to sometimes 6 meals/day.
But now I am very disciplined with the food, I eat on the subway, right before meetings, when I walk between meetings. So everyday I get at least 6-7 meals/day.
I will keep this up for a while now and keep getting those 6-7 meals/day and see how far I can take it. Of course I increase the calories the more I gain weight, remember the more you weigh the more you have to eat if you wanna keep gaining.
